Stipend: 10000/Month

Role Overview:

As an Academic Operations Intern for Unacademy's offline UG centers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations.

You will assist students, manage schedules, and handle various operational tasks to create an optimal learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Students:
Provide guidance and support to students regarding course materials, schedules, and academic queries.

Schedule Management:

Develop and maintain timetables for classes, exams, and other academic activities to ensure effective utilization of resources and adherence to curriculum requirements.


Academic Coordination:
Collaborate with instructors and faculty members to coordinate teaching schedules, class assignments, and examination procedures.

Operational Support:
Manage day-to-day operational tasks such as inventory management, facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Student Engagement:
Organize and facilitate student workshops, seminars, and events to enhance engagement and foster a vibrant learning community.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes.

Problem Resolution:

Address any issues or concerns raised by students, faculty, or staff members in a timely and effective manner to ensure a positive learning experience.


Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Passion for education and a commitment to promoting a culture of learning and academic excellence.
Previous experience in academic administration or operations will be an advantage.
