Job Description:

The Identity Analyst is our front-line defense ensuring that our systems and processes are running optimally. Responsible for administration and configuration of key Identity Security systems, handling incidents and requests, providing reporting and metrics, testing, and support. Supports, configures, and maintains toolsets through standard work, monitoring, and ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform health monitoring of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and resolve issues.
  • Facilitate resolution of data issues and act as a liaison between stakeholders.
  • Triage and resolve incoming incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Act as a first-level administrator in various identity tools (Azure AD, Azure B2C, SailPoint, Delinea).
  • Configure SSO connections using authentication factors like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Administer and maintain the SailPoint Identity Now platform, including user provisioning, access certifications, and integration with other systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the Identity Now environment to address issues related to user access and permissions.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts for managing identity and access systems while ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Maintain metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Create technical and user documentation, conduct knowledge transfer to promote resiliency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in information security, focusing on identity and access management.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with solutions like Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
