Tekvaly is seeking skilled Business Analysts for upcoming exciting projects with multiple clients.
As a Business Analyst, you will be a facilitator between Business Operations and Technology teams in understanding the business's needs and play a key role in the overall organization and success of the project through the entire project life-cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross functional teams to gather and analyze the Business information that address the Business needs.
- Provide an objective, data-backed look at the actual state of the Business to refine Business processes, requirements, and areas for improvement.
- Generate test plans, including test scenarios, and lead business users through testing activities; reports on outcomes and recommend solutions to address identified issues.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, and provide strategic recommendations derived from these findings.
- Facilitate dialogue and discussion between the business and IT (internal and external providers), assists with prioritization between competing objectives (i.e. run meetings, focus groups, joint sessions, and workshops).
- Provide cost benefit analysis to business cases.
- Create stability during change to maintain operational integrity (i.e. transitional maintenance and support procedures).
- Assist in developing business training needs.
- Monitor project documentation and implementation procedures to meet corporate and industry standards and enable intended benefits to be realized.
- Incorporate Business objectives and requirements into task allocation processes and ensure projects are completed within timelines.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Strong documentation skills, including process mapping and requirement documentations.
- Comprehensive experience working with Agile development methodologies and other environments.
