Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

Role Purpose

Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor and control production processes to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement process improvements and costsaving measures.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and facilities.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products.
  • Strong knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role within the paint manufacturing industry.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

Pay:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
