What You Will Do :

L1 HelpDesk with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good customer service capability. Telephone and email support, Individual must Triage with L2 team on high priority ticket Incident management Regular follow-ups and go back to user on the results. Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana Sysadmin experience preferrable..

What You Need :

Experience working is Support and Operations. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience in handling US customer Excellent Telephone and email etiquette. As L1 support individual must Triage issues to L2 team as per defined SOP. Adhere to SLA as agreed with client manager or SPOC Knowledge on Grafana and Windows preferred.
