Job Summary:


The Sales Coordinator for Marine Lubricant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments and external clients.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of marine lubricant products and the shipping industry.


Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of marine lubricant products to clients.

Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing product information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Sales Coordination:
Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.

Coordinate sales meetings and presentations, preparing necessary materials and documentation.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

Mainly Product handling :
BPCL & ENI Lubricant

Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.

Ensure all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurately maintained and organized.

Product Knowledge:
Educate clients on product features and benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

Work closely with the sales team, logistics, and finance departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the marine lubricant or shipping industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and industry standards.

Experience in handling international sales and dealing with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
