Job Title:
Accounts and Administration Executive


As an Accounts and Administration Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing both financial and administrative tasks within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll processing, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts as required.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense management processes.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections.
  • Process vendor invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and issue payments.
  • Manage billing and invoicing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  • Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are wellmaintained and operational.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support audit processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and personnel information.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, and vendors, as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, or administration role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing finance and administration.

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
