Job description

  • Responsible for daytoday operations of kitchen
  • Incharge for hiring and training new kitchen staff
  • Control costs and ensure profitability. Provide food cost on daily basis to management
  • Manage the recipe and ensure taste and quality is maintained
  • Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility
