Job Overview:


The Office Assistant will provide comprehensive support to GM Business Development, assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and other duties as needed to ensure efficient operation of daily activities.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Draft and proofread documents, letters, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • If required employee may have to travel occationally for client meetings, seminars and trainings

Calendar Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and necessary materials.
  • Ensure timely reminders and followup on action items.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between Caladium Innovations / Jiiva Creations and clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Screen and route incoming communications.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of Caladium Innovations / Jiiva Creations.
  • Help the team Prepare Presentations and Writeups
  • Handling Social Media like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram

Task Management:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Track and report on progress of ongoing projects.

Personal Assistance:

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Handle household management responsibilities such as coordinating repairs, deliveries, and appointments.
  • Provide support during personal events or engagements
    Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a office assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Graphic Design Software like Corel Draw, Photoshop / Web Design is added advantage

Additional Information:

  • This is a fulltime position based Kengeri. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
  • Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
English, Hindi and Kannada languages is mandatory

Computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Presentations & Internet is mandatory

Salary:
₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
