The role will need strong collaboration between India and US team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of various compensation, Incentives and recognition programs handling queries, providing coaching on programs, reporting, supporting enrollments, adhoc requests Maintain documentation of all processes/reports being created. Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
  • Provide project management support Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations: automation of reports, simplification / elimination of redundant activities. Deliver on adhoc business analysis on large data sets based on business requests, and compensation inquiries. Explore Power Platform and AWS DataLake to drive and enhance BAU and adhoc reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
  • 01 years of experience in program / process administration.
  • Reporting experience will be a plus Strong verbal and written communication; ability to clearly articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver timely and accurate results with competing deadlines.
  • Collaborative and client centric approach with a high degree of personal accountability. Good analytical and problemsolving abilities, utilizing data to identify trends and issues.
  • Seeks ways to solve the issues, takes initiative to raise awareness and solve.
  • Knowledge of MS office Suite
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint
