General Description of the Role


Build the profile of CG brands through engaged customers and facilitate consumer trial of Campari Group brands through our key accounts.

Build the understanding and preference of Campari Group brands through training of distributors sales team, bartenders and end consumers. Training will be in line with the content, templates and structure of the Campari Academy on
- and offline.


Work with the distributor team to execute the on premise Go To Market (GTM) plans that flow from the brand plans.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
  • Support the activation of the On Premise & Off Premise following Must Win Battle plan
  • Activate Brand Specific Strategy following Perfect Store 6 levers
  • Raise beverage knowledge and capability within local distributor, on & off trade channels and educate employees on Campari Group portfolio including product attributes, history and usage
  • Working closely with marketing team / CCM team, support on premise and industry focused activation sessions and events
  • Support brand activation at trade and consumer events end to end execution and ownership of events & activations
  • Educate consumers through public consumer facing events
  • Conduct market visits with the sales team to understand challenges/opportunities as well as train the sales force on the job, 100%++ in market role
  • Execute Campari Academy online and offline programs for Campari Group brands targeting both trade and distributor, leveraging in line with Must Win Battle
  • Work closely with Campari Brand Manager, Regional Brand Ambassador, and other relevant local Campari employees to build Campari Group volume and share in key accounts

Social Media:
be trained on how to create content, to be shared with Regional team for content posting. Liaise with select On Premise account on UGC content creation; support regional team on which local On Premise accounts to amplify on our Social media page

  • Trade media print media contribution where required with relevant approvals from the Marketing Director
  • Develop Universe List and Hunting List regularly, aligned with Direct Manager & Local Distributor
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on activations/trainings done incl. KPI's through appointed tools.
  • Own and excute Bar Takeovers across relevant outlets / cities
  • Have a strong online presence
  • InstagraM/FB and build a trade consumer community on CG Brands

The BDM as well have dotted line reporting to the Regional On Premise Channel Manager SEA & India

The BDM will work closely with Campari's local team in developing key customer activations and campaigns.
