KathaVersse Media Network is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Associate Creative Director to become part of our expanding team at KVGYAPAN. Our service division concentrates on producing captivating end-to-end video content for brands.

About KVGYAPAN:

KVGYAPAN consists of a vibrant group of storytellers creating video content that forges connections between brands and the Indian audience. We design captivating storylines and intriguing characters to establish enduring brand allegiance.

About You:

You are an exceptionally creative and strategic copywriter with over 5 years of agency experience. You have a solid history of devising innovative ideas that strike a chord with target demographics and deliver outcomes for brands. You excel in a fast-paced setting and possess outstanding leadership abilities to steer and motivate junior copywriters.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales lead to comprehend client briefs, target demographics, and brand goals.
  • Brainstorm and produce compelling copy ideas for video content campaigns alongside the creative team.
  • Create concise and articulate video-focused positioning and messaging.
  • Develop impactful pitch decks that effectively convey creative concepts to clients.
  • Present to clients with confidence and persuasion, obtaining client agreement.
  • Supervise and guide junior copywriters, cultivating a cooperative and inventive workspace.
  • Keep updated on the latest copywriting trends and top practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of agency experience collaborating with a variety of brands.
  • Demonstrated history of developing and executing successful video content campaigns.
  • Deep comprehension of brand narrative and audience engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a fervor for all things video.
  • History of leading client presentations and obtaining client approval.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Experience working with video production teams.
  • Location: Mumbai, India.
  • Capability to develop budget estimates.
