What You Will Do

  • The FP&A Supply Chain team is created to leverage financial analytics to find, measure, create and protect value. Our purpose is to maximize business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business toward a healthier future. The team is on a journey to bring J&J FP&A to advanced technology solutions.
  • The Lead Analyst for APAC SC FP&A role is pivotal in leading the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of the regional Supply Chain results, as well as providing value-added insights and analytics to both Business Unit Finance and Operations to drive overall strategy. This role will drive key integration and strategy initiatives to support the full adoption of the SC FP&A deployment model and deliver more accurate, simplified, automated, timely, insightful reporting & process and leverage technology as a key enabler. She/He will be responsible for identifying ways to standardize activities across the Supply Chain FP&A team by challenging the status quo and playing a role in their adoption.
  • The Lead Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model is forged through strong collaboration across the different stakeholders. In addition, understanding of the FP&A processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with leaders, will be important to success and to the team as a whole. To be successful with these efforts, the Analyst must demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Shape, Lead and Deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs budget planning for Site Spend and OCNIS and headcount planning.
  • Business partnering with stakeholders for other SC P&L lines (AGP, Absorption, Variances, Inventory and FAA) every budget planning and quarterly actuals.
  • Completes OneStream upload and prepares the financial template for review.
  • Performs Month-end Close for Site Spend and OCNIS
  • Prepares and reports the financial template for Country Review with SCF Director, Regional FP&A and COE (every budget cycle and quarterly actuals complete with BVA)
  • Participates in all regional process improvement projects.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English is mandatory and Spanish is a plus.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting.
  • Experience with systems GRM, SAP and OS.
  • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
