What You Will Do :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand, analyze, and document their business processes and requirements.
  • Translate client needs into welldefined project specifications and business requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the development of software solutions aligns with client's business needs.
  • Manage any changes to client requirements, project scope, timelines, or resources in an efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients for requirement gathering, and progress updates.
  • Produce precise business analysis reports to guide the decisionmaking process.

What We Are Looking For :

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software consulting industry.
  • Strong operational management, project management, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence software, analytics tools, and data visualization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, problemsolving abilities, and conceptual thinking.

Bonus Points :

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience consulting for software development or digital transformation projects.
