Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process of projects, products, or services to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of project managers, coordinators, or delivery specialists for efficient project execution.
- Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation for smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the delivery process effectively.
- Client/Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns during delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure project goal alignment.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate and present regular reports on project status, progress, and KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Preferably a master's degree for senior roles.
- Experience: 1-3 years in project or delivery management within the relevant industry.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills to achieve project objectives.
