Client Management:
- Act as the primary contact for the offshore recruitment team to ensure all requirements are met.
- Take full responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery process.
- Responsible for submitting qualified candidates to the client portal-VMS/MSP.
- Attend spotlight calls and share the MOM with the group consistently.
- Have a thorough understanding of scorecards and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Review any resume rejections on VMS/client and discuss the reasons with the team.
- Advocate for consultants as suitable matches for positions with pay rates above 30 USD/hr.
- Ensure quality submissions on every requirement or decline where necessary.
- Develop a clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing.
- Coordinate with AMs on PO confirmation to confirm consultant reach out.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
- Manage the ATS portal content for all active headcounts to match VMS data.

Team Management:
- Ensure team members maintain a minimum of 2 submissions daily.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members.
- Address and resolve team members' feedback and conflicts.
- Ensure team members understand client business objectives and have plans to achieve them.
- Develop sourcing and screening strategies based on client needs.
- Provide necessary resources for team members to fulfill responsibilities.

Other Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit on requirements daily with team members to set an example of being hands-on.
- Efficiently balance team and client needs.
- Encourage learning and experimentation with new concepts.
- Create market research data on roles when requested.
- Track competitors and share talent source intelligence with the team.
- Encourage internal references from team members for internal hiring.
- Respond to emails promptly with a 40-minute response time.
- Delegate responsibilities internally when out of office to ensure smooth client communication.
- Maintain proper OOO updates with contact information. Feed all data into the ATS system.
