What part will you play?·Minimum of 4+years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, orsimilar role·An onlineportfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating greatuser-centered design solutions and UI design expertise.·Must illustratesolving for multi-platform UX challenges and demonstrate scalable,user-friendly, responsive design solutions.·Translate userresearch & insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypesthat culminate in intuitive user experiences.·Coordinate withproduct management, design team and engineering to define and implementinnovative design solutions that align with business direction and improvementsin user experience.·Conceptualizeoriginal ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designchallenges.·Excellent visualdesign skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.·Illustrate alldesign ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering.

Up to date with thelatest UI trends, techniques, and technologies·Buildwireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes toeffectively communicate interaction and design ideas.·Engageusers/clients in the design process and evaluate user feedback.·Seek toestablish and promote design guidelines, best-practices, and standards.·Experience increating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows andsite maps.

Proficiency in visual design, wire-framing and rapid prototypingtools·Ability tocommunicate your designs and key breakthrough deliverables to peers andbusiness partners.·Ability to thinkcreatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.·Able tomultitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.·Able to workindependently (unsupervised) and as an active member of a team.·Experienced workingin an Agile/Scrum development process environment·Experienced inboth creative agency and client-side environment preferred.

Education Background·Bachelor's ormaster's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, oroutstanding design skills.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds.·4+ years ofUI/UX design experience for, familiar with design guidelines and processes·Have goodlogical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills.·Have goodcommunication skills, familiar with user research.·Passion forleveraging design/technology to help solve healthcare issues and improve thelives of both medical professionals and patients.·full-timeexperience as UX/interaction designer.·Strong portfolioof work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for weband mobile applications.·Proficient incrafting UX artifacts (e.g., user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using avariety of UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro etc.,).·Proficient inundertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing.
