Role Overview:

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and data to guide decision-making, monitor performance metrics, and enhance marketing expenditure.

Team Leadership:
Establish, mentor, and oversee a high-performing marketing team, nurturing a culture of creativity and ongoing development.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, and sales to ensure harmony and integration of marketing endeavors.
  • Budget Management: Supervise and operate the performance marketing budget, guaranteeing efficient distribution of resources to meet objectives.
  • Reporting: Supply regular reports and insights on campaign performance, market trends, and strategic suggestions to senior Experience.

Minimum of 5+ years in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on Facebook and Instagram, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.


  • Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of the USA market and consumer behavior

Knowledge of Marketing Tools:
Familiarity with marketing tools and software used in performance marketing.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with experience in utilizing data to steer marketing strategies and decision-making.
