Role description:


The Financial Planning & Analysis team works closely with top level management as well as Service Line's Leaders within the firm's other core functions to provide consistent and collaborative support and data analysis.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to support multiple leaders simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in professional services industry preferred.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of business operations and ability to align operations with business goals.
  • Proficient experience on advanced excel and Power BI reporting.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment and to handle multiple assignments, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously producing accurate, timely results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Communicate well with all levels of professional team.
  • Ability to anticipate potential obstacles, take proactive steps to avoid them and complete projects accurately and timely.
  • Provide highest quality work product; demonstrate detailoriented focus.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Power BI). SharePoint skills a plus
Must have a "client service" mind set and understand our business from the perspective of both a practitioner and business operator

Skills:

Good knowledge in financial Analytics, accounting, Budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting Excel reporting, Power BI.
