About the Role
:
We are seeking a self-motivated and result oriented colleague to manage the treasury function

Successful candidate should have :
1.Experience of fund raising in NBFC Treasury or bank credit function2.Expereince of handling Banking relationship3.

Knowledge of RBI guidelines on Loans/Advances
About the team: Candidate shall be part of Treasury Team which is responsible for managing the fundingrequirement, manging excess liquidity, covering the forex risk and other related Treasuryfunctions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Fund raising to meet debt requirement of the NBFC2.Establishing and maintaining relationships with Banks and NBFC3.Communicating the Company's operating and financial performance goals andstrategies to lenders4.Execution of financing documents in coordination with legal and complianceteams5.Coordinating with internal teams for receiving inputs for preparation ofinformation required for debt proposal6.Monitoring and timely submission of covenant and other debt relatedcompliances to lenders7.Understanding of Macro and Micro economic environment and its impact of debtraising
What are we looking for?

Qualification :
CA/MBA (Finance)2.

Working Expereince :
Atleast 5-10 years in NBFC/ Bank(credit function)3.Knowledge of RBI guidelines related to loans4.Working knowledge of various debt instruments like Term Loan, Commercial Papers(listed/unlisted), Debentures(listed/unlisted), ECBs etc
