Responsibilities and Duties

Sales strategy:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the company's petroleum products in line with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments.

Client relationship management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products.

Sales process management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting customers to closing sales deals.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery schedules and logistics.
  • Manage revenue collections processes and timelines and flag any delays / roadblocks.

Performance metrics:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges and areas for improvement.

Market intelligence:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics affecting the petroleum products sector in India.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market

Salary:
₹9, ₹34,542.09 per month
