JobSummary:

Kennametal is looking fora role as Analytics developer who will help drive the success ofkey Kennametal digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives.

Thisindividual will be part of the team that designs and develops theAnalytics platform to work in conjunction with our ecommerceplatform.

They will also be engaged in the creation and maintenanceof content and ensure coding standards best practice and codequality.

Keyresponsibilities:
Optimizesolutions within the

Adobe Target

Launch

and Analytics specifically.
Integrate Analytics with our eCommerce platforms.
Design or redesigncomplex solutions and applications.
Understandand interpret users and project stakeholders ideas into specifictechnology solutions.
Work in agile rapiddevelopment and prototypingenvironment.
Provide coding direction to lessexperienced staff or develops highly complex originalcode.
Act as an expert technical resource formodeling simulation and analysisefforts.

TaggingStrong expertise inImplementing tagging through Tag Management platforms like Launchand GTM to enhance user behavior tracking and websiteperformance.
Possess a deep technicalunderstanding of eCommerce websites products and apps enablingeffective implementation of corporate tag setups forAnalytics.
Proficiency in web technologies suchas

HTML CSS
JavaScript

and jQuery .Implementing Adobe tracking

solutions for oureCommerce platforms.
Creating custom events(e.g. scrolling button clicks link clicks) based on businessrequirements.
Testing and validating settingsin

Adobe Analytics

taggingimplementations data layer objects DOM attributes and relatedmethods.
Troubleshooting and resolving webanalytics and tagging issues to ensure accurate datacollection.

Reporting:
Developand create interactive dashboards workspaces and reports thatshowcase current trends progress rates against established goalsand key performance indicators (KPIs) using

AdobeAnalytics

and other relevanttools.

Collaborate with business teams andstakeholders to understand their tracking enablement requirementsensuring that data collection aligns with business objectives andsupports informed decisionmaking.

Work closelywith Product Managers Technology/Development teams and the DigitalMarketing team to gather insights on user behavior engagement andconversion patterns to inform optimizationstrategies.

Knowledge of data visualizationtools such as

Power BI

MS Excel or Google DataStudio .Familiarity with dataprivacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and their implications on webanalytics practices.

Investigate possibilitiesfor creating specialized reports that delve into specific areas ofinterest such as user segmentation geographic trends and contentengagement metrics.

Stay uptodate with thelatest trends and advancements in web analytics and reportingtechniques sharing insights and recommendations with the team toimprove overall datadriven decisionmakingprocesses.


Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in computer science or dataManagementSignificant experience withintegrating Adobe analytics in Target Launch and AnalyticsspecificallyStrong analytical problem solving& conceptual skills and a flexible attitude in shiftingenvironments
