This role seeks a creative professional who excels in both team collaboration and independent project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in CAD design, crafting detailed and manufacturable designs for rugs and bathmats.2. Understand the construction techniques of rugs and bathmats, including yarn selection to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.3. Possess in-depth knowledge of yarn types, properties, and their application in the creation of high-quality home textiles.4. Lead innovation in bathmat designs by proposing fresh, trend-setting ideas that enhance our product range.5. Engage in the development of new product ideas, staying at the forefront of industry trends and Buyer specifications.6. Collaborate effectively within the design team, ensuring that design concepts are executed with precision and creativity.7. Bring minimum 3 years of experience in the creative textile field, showcasing a strong portfolio of innovative design work, particularly in CAD design for home textiles.

Candidate Profile:
