Role Description⮚ Promotions o Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs; Take steps to acquire new clients and minimize drop-outs.⮚ Client acquisition o Screening and orientation etc.

o To collect all the loan documentations to satisfy the KYC norms and also legal compliance Individual client identification, o To ensure the business credibility of the loan applicant through discussions with buyer, customers and vendors⮚ Loan disbursement:
o Ensure timely disbursement of loans to clients; o Deliver quality customer service and take corrective measures if necessary

⮚ Repayments and monitoring:

o Ensure all repayments are made on-time as per the policy. o Ensure that all monitoring formalities are maintained; o Visit current and potential clients to check on the quality of service o Manage over-dues/default and maintain good portfolio quality;⮚ Maintain simple transaction records⮚ Assist with accounts, office upkeep


QualificationsCustomer Service and Communication skillsVery Good CommunicationGood moral characterPossess two wheeler and driving license;Fluent in local language (depending on the location) other than EnglishPrior experience in sales or community work desirableVery Good Communication and negotiating skillsShould provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b)Past/Present Subordinates es.

Lead Generation and Sales Operations skillsExperience in channel salesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build relationships with clientsGoal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a teamBachelor's degree with banking sales neededExperience 0.
