Eshopbox is excited to welcome a dedicated Graphic Designer who is passionate about leveraging their creative, artistic, and organizational abilities to enhance our visual communication and branding efforts.

This role requires a motivated individual who can skillfully blend their design expertise with effective communication and project management skills to elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience in the most impactful way possible.


Wondering what your responsibilities would be?:

  • Create eye-catching and engaging social media banners, graphics, and videos that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms. Design visually appealing UI layouts for our website, ensuring an intuitive user experience and adhering to best practices in web design.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers to implement UI designs and ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates for easy access and efficient design iteration.
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product management, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
  • Occasionally assist in other designrelated tasks, such as creating print materials or assisting with branding efforts.

What makes you eligible?:

  • Proven work experience as a social media and Web Designer or similar role, showcasing a portfolio of successful design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and experience with video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to tailor designs for different audiences and purposes.
  • Excellent UI/UX design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and usercentric design principles.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to nondesigners.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving, open to feedback, and continuously striving for improvement.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
