• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and value.
• Gather and record accurate customer information and feedback during calls.
• Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or consultations for interested clients.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates.

• Previous experience in tele marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
