We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Director of Product Management to spearhead innovation in the realm of data security.

At Normalyze, we specialize in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), which allows organizations to safeguard data across various environments such as multi-cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises. Our platform tackles the complexities of data landscapes, including data lakes, shadow data, and Generative AI by swiftly identifying, classifying, and visualizing the overall data attack surface.

We are in need of an experienced Principal/Director of Product Management to oversee our product management endeavors in India. This pivotal role demands a strategic professional with exceptional skills in backlog management, competitive analysis, customer relationship management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, outstanding communication abilities, and a solid track record of steering product strategy and execution in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the product vision and strategic development processes. Analyze market trends and conduct competitive intelligence to shape the product roadmap.
  • Sprint Planning and Management: Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to break down large epics into manageable tasks and user stories, emphasizing on execution priorities.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer-facing activities such as product pitches, demos, and discussions. Represent the customer's voice within the organization, translating their needs into product strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with essential training and tools to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and delivery of a unified product vision.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience in technology, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud, SaaS, and data security.
  • Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or SaaS applications like M365, Salesforce, Zoom.
  • Proven track record in managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.
  • Strong expertise in sprint planning and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think innovatively.
