Location: Hyderabad, WFO

Cross-functional alignment with Machine Learning, Software Engineering & Data teams.
Create & manage the overall timeline for the project, highlight issues and risks.
Regularly communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders and upper management.
Utilize strong leadership, excellent communication, and program/project management skills as well as proficiency in motivating and leading others through vision and strategic positioning.
Plan, track, and report on all tasks, their progress, and their role in the overall project plan with all team contributors.
Maintain project specifications and take product-led instructions from the original concept through final implementation.
Facilitate, oversee, & coordinate all aspects of the project scope, plan, and direct schedules ensuring high-quality output is delivered according to schedule.

Define processes that will improve efficiencies throughout the project.

3+ years of full engineering management experience with a track record of high-caliber deliverables.

BS in an engineering discipline; Software Engineering is preferred but not required.

Versatile problem solver, equipped with a strong analytical approach to various challenges in complex environments.

Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions.

Self-starter with impeccable organization skills and requires minimal direction.

Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks independently.

Experience in leading machine learning or artificial intelligence-based software projects is a significant advantage.
