Quality Engineer
Experience: 3-6yrs experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry
Qualification: Engineering Graduate OR Post Graduate in Management
Work Location: Hyderabad
- SMT line approval and Pick and place machine program verification as per PCP, similarly all the critical stages (Screen printing, SPI, Pick and place, reflow, AOI, X-Rey, Selective penalization, Cleaning, Conformal Coating Potting and Etc...)
- Monitoring and observe defect during in process and improve the first pass yield (FPY) in co-ordination with the production supervisor
- Monitors and gives feedback to management regarding rejections in the production line.
- Alternatively work with back end line and setup approvals for all ongoing projects
- CoC generation and finished goods moves from SAP
- Alternatively working with OC call data, weekly wise data preparation and GYAT meeting conducting
- NPI build line setup approvals and first card verification based on golden sample or approved engineering documents
- Label verification
