The Investigator Meeting Planner is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with events-management vendors who provide services for global Sponsor events. You will oversee the contracting and execution of all Investigator Meetings, ensuring a positive experience for the sites, Sponsor and internal project team.
Work with global suppliers to ensure a high level of service to the Sponsor, sites and internal project team Track & execute all supplier contracts for every event Provide support and updates to the project team throughout the Investigator Meeting process Track all events to identify areas to improve efficiency, quality and overall supplier performance Attend and contribute to vendor review meetings Review invoices for accuracy and provide financial reports to the Sponsor and/or internal stakeholdersJob Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field 3-5 years of experience with global event planning Experience with Investigator Meeting planning preferred Fluency in English Ability to travel up to 10% EEO Disclaimer
