Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Understand requirements at early stages in unclear situations and define research goals.
  2. Plan and execute user experience research activities along with analyzing competitive landscape and market trends.
  3. Identify suitable research methods, conduct qualitative research, and analyze findings to form actionable insights.
  4. Translate research findings into strategic design opportunities.
  5. Provide a strategic perspective within innovation projects and collaborate with designers to create innovative solutions.
  6. Communicate research strategies and insights effectively with stakeholders.
  7. Facilitate workshops, work sessions, and presentations with creative directors.
  8. Create compelling stories from research data throughout the design process.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines like psychology, anthropology, etc.
  2. 5 years of experience in qualitative design research with tangible outcomes.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing contributions and gained experiences.
  4. Working knowledge of various research methods and usability techniques.
  5. Experience in user experience research with software apps and usability testing.
  6. Proficiency in research design using various methods like usability studies and surveys.

Required Skills/Experience:

8+ years of progressive experience in HCL WebSphere Commerce v7, v8, v9, WebSphere Application Server, Rational Application Developer/Eclipse, DB2. Experience with microservices, containers, and Orchestration frameworks like K8S. Proficient in Java J2EE Technology, including JSP, Servlet, EJB, etc. Hands-on experience with various technologies like Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, Akamai, etc. Sound knowledge of Headless architecture and open-source API. Familiarity with frontend technologies like jQuery, Angular JS, React JS, etc. Experience in continuous integration technologies like Jenkins and GitHub. Solid background in System Performance management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills and expertise in working in an AGILE workflow model.
