Job Description

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that is a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient talent acquisition, retention and development strategies.
  • Ensure strict and appropriate compliance with all applicable laws including labor laws, regulations, PF, ESI, Employee Benefits, Perks, and industry standards, to mitigate HR- related risks
  • Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce is appropriate in size, shape, cost, and agility for immediate and future needs of the business.
  • Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and
  • employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resource Development activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, etc.
  • Adept with HRMS tools and strong ability to create, analyze and interpret data sets to create KPIs to identify, track and measure employee related matters like attrition, satisfaction, retention, absenteeism, wellbeing, engagement, professional development, performance management trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve strategies and related processes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures to support
  • company growth
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the
  • organization.
  • Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate
  • positive employee relations, maintain a positive work environment, build morale, and
  • increase employee satisfaction.
  • Work towards employee's recruitment and retention as per each department's requirements
  • Conducting initial orientation to newly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learning sessions.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
  • Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in development of a high performing organization
  • Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with
  • appropriate stakeholders, as necessary.

Must Have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and all laws pertaining to employment and
  • employee benefits
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must have spent the last 5 years in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
