Cloud Security Operations (SECOPS)

NCR is quickly accelerating its adoption of GCP and Azure Cloud technologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on creating reusable templates for automating security implementation across NCR solutions and platforms running in GCP or Azure (containers and VMs)
  • Monitor and enforce governance across all platforms around security detection and prevention tools such as WAF/IDPS/SIEM/Antivirus
  • Write scripts and automation code to provision security software deployed in Cloud
  • Developing integrations between our thirdparty tools (Orca, ServiceNow, Carbon Black)
  • Work with development and support teams on security operations efforts
  • Provide cloud security support to dev ops teams around secret management, certificate management and other security implementations
  • Assist with reviewing documentation and updating policy

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience working with GCP/Azure Cloud infrastructure/network
  • 4+ years of experience working with GCP/Azure Cloud security tools (Command Center/Defender)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working with Vulnerability Management tools
  • 2+ years working with CI/CD tools and technology; Jenkins, GitHub Actions and Artifactory
  • 2+ years working with IAC/CM technology; like Terraform, Helm and Ansible
  • Ability to document and publish recommendations and guidance

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years in DevOps
  • 3+ years in team leadership roles
