Your main responsibility will involve engaging with various stakeholders and utilizing your extensive HR knowledge to assist leaders on a variety of people-related issues and policies.

You will be supporting our global technology business and will be based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams, serving as their primary point of contact and partner in all people-related matters.
  • Lead the execution of annual activities, including performance and talent assessments, compensation, succession planning, and development.
  • Assist leaders in resolving employee issues, providing support and guidance on HR policies.
  • Stay updated on local employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Act as a talent intermediary, facilitating the movement of individuals within the organization for enhanced developmental experiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with global EEO teams to manage daily people processes and address complex cases.
  • Utilize real-time reports to derive insights on people-related matters and work with leaders and local management to implement improvements.

What we are seeking:

  • At least 8 years of experience as an HR generalist with a solid understanding of key people functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, and employee relations.
  • A strong passion for the business and a desire to collaborate with and support leaders in achieving business objectives.
  • Experience in supporting Senior Leaders at the Director and Senior Director levels.
  • Background in working with large international or complex organizations and the ability to foster relationships globally and navigate intricate stakeholder networks.
  • Experience with utilizing a professional annual HR framework in a large international setting.
  • Proficiency in change management, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience: The change process may not always be straightforward; embracing uncertainty, bouncing back from setbacks, and maintaining enthusiasm are crucial qualities we are looking for.
  • Ability to manage steep learning curves.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Preferred experience with tools like Workday or similar platforms.
