Having 6-8 years of experience in Administration, Monitoring of Informix Databases (willing to learn new DB technologies)

  • Strong knowledge of Database space management, data synchronization
  • Configuration of Informix Instances, creation of databases, tables, providing database and table level privileges
  • Knowledge of Data extraction through HPL
  • Knowledge of various types of secondaries
  • SDS, RSS, HDR
**What You'll Bring:

  • Should be able to troubleshoot and address the database issues
  • Knowledge of database engine performance tuning
- knowledge of Backup and Restore techniques

Well versed with DML, DDL SQL queries.

Should be able to engage Informix Tech Support in case of any issues.

  • Proficient in Linux Shell Scripting
  • Knowledge of cloud (AWS specifically) and Change Data Capture (CDC) will be an added advantage
