Dispatch Coordinator

The job is aboutcoordinating and planning resources identify which supporttechnician should be allocated in order to fulfill the request fromcustomers and the appropriate service on site and meet alltargets.

Willassist Project Coordinators / Or managers with coordination andadministrationresponsibilities.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
1.Resource Coordination andAllocation
Coordinate and plan resources to fulfil customerrequestsefficiently.
Identify the appropriate support technician for eachrequest.
Allocate resources to meet client service requirementsandtargets.
2.Ticket Assignment UpdatesClosure
Assign tickets and servicerequests to the relevant support using a ticketingsystem.
3.Support for ProjectCoordinators/Managers
Assist Project Coordinators and Managers withcoordination and administrative tasks related to ITprojects.
MainFocus:
Monitor andpromptly respond to requests received through theHelpdesk.
Manage requestdelivery based on priority (first in first out) to ensure clientSLAs are consistentlyexceeded.
Update thestatus of requests using Manage Engine Software and other ticketingsystems.
Search forsuitable partners/engineers to perform required tasks within agreedplanned cost andtimeline.
Requirements
Qualificationsand SkillsRequired:
Excellent English reading writing andspeakingskills.
Excellent customer service is amust.
Effectivecommunicationskills.
Exceptionaladministrative skills with a keen attention to detail andorganization.
Proficiency intelephone and callhandling.
Ability to workeffectively in a multiculturalenvironment.
Team player withstrong collaborationskills.
Ability to workin shifts including weekends and bankholidays.
