  • Maintain a strong oncamera presence, delivering content with confidence, poise, and a natural demeanor.
  • Engage with viewers and respond to their inquiries, comments, and feedback through various channels, including social media and live interactions.
  • Stay current on real estate market trends, industry regulations, and emerging technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to viewers.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events related to the real estate industry, representing the company as a knowledgeable and trusted authority.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing viewership and engagement, and contribute ideas for new show formats and content expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an Anchor, Journalist, or TV Host, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, investment strategies, property valuation, and legal/regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with a wide audience.
  • Strong oncamera presence, with the ability to deliver content confidently and authentically.
  • Excellent research and interview skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and extract valuable information from guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances in a live broadcast environment.
  • Familiarity with video production techniques and equipment, including cameras, lighting, and teleprompters.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and engagement strategies to interact with viewers and promote real estate content.
  • A network of contacts within the real estate industry, including industry professionals, experts, and influencers, is a plus.
