Job description

1. Leased out retail or office vacant units

  • Show available units to prospective tenants and process move paperwork after the deal closes.
  • Sending mailers & Proposals to all Channel partners & Local Brokers regarding our project available units.
  • Cold calling to local brokers for office leasing and retail units.

2. Attend Daily walk-in

  • Attending daily walk-ins for queries related to Retail/Office space
  • Showing and explaining the entire project to new walk-in clients and proposing the units as per their requirements.

3. Maintaining daily visits and queries Excel sheet

  • Maintaining an Excel sheet for getting queries on a daily basis for retail and office units along with the visits done.

4. Draft LOI & Agreements signing

  • Drafting term sheets for retail or office leases after closing deals by management approvals.
  • Process of sending agreements to the client and coordinate till signing & registration
  • Follow up for security deposits and stamp duty amount transferring
