Support the first line Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function.

  • Establish and oversee the maintenance of a Cyber GRC calendar of activities. Maintain key document repositories to ensure records are kept uptodate.
  • Draft and update documents such as reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate metric and reporting input for management presentations, service reporting and risk reporting, ensuring timely submission.
  • Coordinate raising purchase orders, oversee receipt of invoices for the GRC team and tracking of costs.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for key meetings across Cyber GRC Function.
  • Diary and daytoday administrative assistance support to the Cyber Security GRC Director
