Who we are looking for:
Looking for a seasoned Database Developer worked on Snowflake based implementation at large scale.

Have experienced on both Azure and AWS cloud primarily on the architecture, design and implementationAs Snowflake Developer you will:

Design& Development of scalable applications involving cloud-based infrastructure(Azure/Snowflake/Python/Cosmos DB).Strong Programming knowledge in writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures, advanced cursors, functions, packages for Oracle Server or any another Relational Databases(Oracle/SQL Sever).Should be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Migrate or develop new application on the cloud platformInterfact with various ops and engineering teamManage your efforts within the agile team and outside agile to ensure tasks are completed successfully by deadlinesUnderstand user needs and put forth options for solutions.


Anticipate critical issues and risks; take responsibility for resolution across the organizationProvide advanced technical expertise in designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project scheduleRetain accountability for the overall deliveryThese skills will help you succeed in this role with MUST and NICE to have skills:8+ overall experience in the industry5+ years as cloud SME on the large/medium scale implementation project.

4+ years on design and architecture on cloud data platformPrior experience migrating application workloads on a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Databricks) in financial services would be a plus5+ years of experience in relational (SQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL), NoSQL,

Snowflake

and data warehouse technologies and in-memory databases. Experience in Snowflake is a must.
Strong Programming knowledge in writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures, advanced cursors, functions.

Experience and working knowledge in Pyspark, Scala, ADF, Azure MI SQL.Experience in building containerized workloads on platform such as docker and KubernetesKnowledge on CI/CD pipeline is a mustMonitoring solutions using log analytics and application insightsStrategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach and lead the teamDeploy and configure infrastructure, implement workloads and security on azureKnowledge/experience in Site Reliability implementations, Chaos experimentsExperience in cloud deployment patterns like Canary Rollouts, Blue-Green deployments, etc.

,Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences with excellent facilitationCloud cost optimization experience and knowledgeAzure developer associate or azure solution architect certification preferredPrior working knowledge of JIRA and ConfluenceSolid experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
