Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Expert and Creator Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a street-smart individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a strong ability to convince and onboard creators to our platform. You will play a crucial role in expanding our creator community and promoting our subscription plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Onboarding:

  • Identify and reach out to potential creators.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our platform.
  • Assist creators in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Promote and sell our subscription plans to creators.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.

Communication and Support:

  • Maintain regular communication with onboarded creators.

Multitasking and Ownership:

  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Take ownership of your role and contribute proactively to team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Smart and able to think on your feet.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade others.
  • South India candidates preferred due to regional market knowledge.
  • A team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the creator economy and digital platforms.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of regional languages (preferably).
