About The Role:

Systems & Application Engineer Will Assist With Ongoing Customer Projects For The Vibration & Condition Monitoring Solutions (VMS & CMS) As A Subject Matter Expert. Activities May Include Design Solutions, Preparing Engineering Drawing & Documentation Packages, Discussions With Technology Partners In Finalizing Solutions Based On Customer Specifications/Needs, Leading FAT's, SAT's, Site Installations, Comissi0oning, Trouble Shooting, Conducting & Facilitating Customer Trainings Etc.

What Will You Do?

  • Act As A Point Of Contact For Facilitating Relationships And Engagements With Customers & Technology Partners Within The Assigned Territory Or Product Groups.
  • Collaborate With The With Sales & Marketing Team As A Subject Matter Expert By Deciphering Customer Specification & Needs.
  • Participating In Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Companies' Vision And Mission.
  • Designing & Implementation Of Packaged/Bespoke Solutions.
  • Lead Or Participate In Activities Such As Project Engineering, Documentation, Project Management, System Configuration, Fat, iFAT, SAT, Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Training, Tech-Support (Onsite & Remote) & Life Cycle Management Of VMS & CMS Solutions.
  • Tracking & Managing Of Technical Issues, Warranty Issues & Customer Complaints To Resolution. Coordinating, And Communicating With Customers And Internal Stake Holders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical, Electronics Or Instrumentation Engineering From Reputed University/Institution.
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Work Experience Preferably In Systems & Automation Company Serving The Aero or Energy Industry.
  • Basic Understanding Of Vibration Monitoring Concepts & Machine Diagnostics Methodologies Preferably CATII Certified.
  • Hand-On Experience With VMS & CMS Solutions Of Bently Nevada, Meggitt Vibro-Meter, Shinkawa, B&K Vibro, Sensonics, Rockwell, Epro/Emerson Etc.
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Familiarity With Data Analytics Tools.
  • Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision Or As Part Of A Team.
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation Skills & English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
  • Willingness To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Travel On Short Notice.
  • Creative Thinker With A Passion For Innovation And Growth Mindset.
  • Eagerness To Learn And Adapt In A Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Valid Driving Licenses, Reliable Transportation For Travel Within The Designated Area.

  • Consultancy With Willingness To Commit For 240 Calendar Days Per Year.

  • Onsite/Remote/Hybrid Work, Presence May Be Required In Office For 1 Day Each Week For Candidates In Bangalore.
