Job Responsibilities:
Collecting, processing, and interpreting the data from various sources, and creating meaningful reports and dashboards.
Tracking of AOP Revenue (Targets) vs Achievements on a monthly basis
Creation of BU wise P&Ls, basis the finalized overall P&L, by distributing revenue and cost items (Staff Cost, G&A, Bad Debts, Facility costs etc.) on a monthly basis
Reporting service wise KPI's Target vs Achievement month-on-month
Mapping deal/client wise revenue with vendor wise cost on a monthly basis
Doing data analysis to help Sales Leads take pricing revision decisions, as and when needed.
Assisting in calculation of Sales Incentives for Sales persons as per the approved Sales Incentive plan for the fiscal.
Assisting in preparation of AOP financials and Presentation deck every year.
Assisting Team leads in finalizing Yearly targets for Salespeople by providing various data points and analysis.
Assisting in designing (through multiple scenarios) and finalizing Sales Incentive Plan for every fiscal year in line with business goals
Assisting in preparation of Management Review Deck as per the requirement
Handling ad-hoc Data requests from business teams and central corporate team.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:
Energetic, fast-paced, multi-tasking and self-disciplined individual
At least 2 years of experience in handling business MIS
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Basic understanding of P&L statement & Salesforce functioning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative and flexible working style.
Must work well in a team environment.
