Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Alpheric, you will take a lead role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing the team, and contributing to our ongoing success. Here are the essential requirements and duties for this position:

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, with a solid track record in client acquisition within the Marketing sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, motivating and guiding a Business Development Team towards success
  • Strong research abilities to keep abreast of market trends and marketing approaches
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities for client engagements
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and utilizing data for informed decision-making

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the Business Development Team, offering direction, setting objectives, and monitoring performance
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and focus on potential clients to create new business opportunities. Cultivate strong client relationships, comprehend their requirements, and offer customized solutions
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet growth and revenue goals
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth prospects. Stay informed about the latest marketing industry standards
  • Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets, both individually and as a team

Performance Evaluation:

The Business Development Manager's performance will be assessed based on sales target achievements, the Business Development Team's performance, and the development and implementation of successful business strategies
