Urgent Hiring- Team Lead - Internal Auditor (Mutual Fund) - Aneja Associate II Mumbai

Position :
Team Leader

Experience: 4-6 years in Internal Audit of Mutual Fund

Location:
Mumbai

Educational Qualification:
Chartered Accountant / MBA

Must Have:

  • Exposure in Mutual Fund, PMS and AIF
  • Proven experience in leading assignments including direct interaction with senior management and team members
  • Experience of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Team management of about 610 people
  • Short notice period

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Updated understanding of regulatory guidelines (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management Service and AIF)
  • Adequate understanding of Accounting and Financial reviews including IFRS reviews
  • Knowledge of application Mfund, Quantis, Bloomberg, Miles etc.
  • Plan audit execution in line with the scope agreed with the client
  • Assign daily, weekly and monthly tasks to all team members
  • Monitoring work performed by the Team members on a daily basis
  • Giving status updates to the Director and client on a periodic basis
  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs to gain understanding of the processes and controls
  • Ensure quality of work performed by the team
  • Conducting audits within the time schedule assigned
  • To be abreast with all regulatory and other changes
  • Drafting Audit reports detailing findings of audit
  • Should have the ability to grasp / learn and unlearn processes / businesses of our clients
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Willing to travel for short visits (2 to 3 days) for vendor reviews.
  • Should have the ability to grasp / learn and unlearn processes / businesses of our clients
