Services Scope:

  • Support monthly data load from JDE to SAP IBP
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data integrationissues.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in IMI IBPdevelopments.
  • Work with Domain Architects (including Data, Infrastructure,Application, and Security architects) to ensure that solution architecturealigns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Contribute to the preparation of businessspecification documents, functional specification documents, and trainingmaterials.
  • Check and deploy Change Requests according to theChange Management process by analyzing requests, proposing technical solutionswith cost and time estimation, and executing them after acceptance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with third-party andtechnical teams to test, provide workarounds as necessary, identify rootcauses, address system security needs, provide permanent system solutions, andcreate FSD documentation for IBP modules (Demand, Inventory, Supply, Sales andOperations Planning and Response and Supply .
  • Support user requests and ad-hoc questions, ensuringexcellent customer service.
  • Continuously improve the monthly SOP IBP cycle byadvising on optimization actions for all process parts, enhancing the businessuser experience.
  • Plan and execute Unit Testing, participate inIntegration Testing, propose test scenarios, and support User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) with final users.
  • Keep ServiceNow tickets updated with proper notes,screenshots, and all other necessary information, including due date changes.
  • Service Now ticket can be passed to the user onlyafter successful test passed with evidence (screenshot) which proof thatsolution is implemented
  • Service now ticket can be completed only when; root cause is identified, evidence with working solution is attached along withuser confirmation.
  • Training Users on new changes and ad hoc requests
  • SLAs (details need to be included) & KPI's
