Roles & Responsibilities:
Expert in SAPSuccessFactors ONB 2.0 module and conceptual knowledge ofintegration with other SF modules.

Good experience in conductingbusiness requirement workshops and performing PoCs Good experiencein ONB 2.0 configuration with expertise in writing Business rules.

Configured Onboarding Data Models. Configured and deploy Onboardingprocess definition. Configured Onboarding Panels. Knowledge of RoleBased Permission for Onboarding Offboarding & Cross boarding.
Exposure of DocuSign Integration. Implementation experience on SFOnboarding 2.0 with client facing roles. Responsible for end to endimplementation of SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 module. Responsible forConducting workshops on implementation or PoCs for customers.
Responsible for end to end to product /business process design andsolution. Individual contributor as a consultant for SuccessFactorsONB 2.0.
