Purpose:


As a key member of the D&I team, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Assistant Manager will play a central role in the implementation, facilitation and execution of company-wide DEI and organizational development initiatives; continuing the implementation of our integrated DEI strategy aligned with making Godrej Properties Limited a career development destination for best-in-class talent.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to facilitate opportunities for talent attraction and retention for focus cohorts under GPL's D&I strategyWork with consultants and external partners to support DEI initiatives, including recruitment, training, executive coaching, competency review, etc.

Create reports in accordance to D&I metricsCoordinate DEI events, such as conferences and trainingEmbed best practices by researching and applying DEI initiatives, engaging subject matter experts and internal partners to implement robust programs

Who are we looking for?

Education:
Masters - MBA / Psychology

Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition / D&IExcellent presentation, writing, communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and proactively, think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutionsHigh Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing)

Critical Skills:
Microsoft Office: AdvancedExcelPowerPointWord
