The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and consultancy services that meet client requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, action plans, and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to define sales goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to craft customized proposals.
  • Lead negotiations, including contract terms, pricing, and other key deal points.
  • Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of contracts.

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid sales experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or client management, preferably in a consultancy or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in a client-focused, solution-driven sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of consultancy services and the ability to communicate their value to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Hub spot software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction
