Website-About the Role:The Management Trainee role is designed to provide meaningful and challenging real-work experience to candidates.
Management Trainees will work as a special team working in the founder's office on various strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the founders to drive strategic initiatives and special projects, including market analysis, business planning, and performance optimization.

Coordinating with existing members on various knowledge initiativesConducting research on various finance topics & providing editorial support to Equalifi Journal, industry reports and blog published by Equalifi round the year.

Planning digital outreach campaigns for Equalifi memberships and finance certifications.
Organizing conferences & strategic initiatives for the financial services industryCompleting all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Handling administrative tasks, such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination

Eligibility:1) Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field from a tier-1 college.2) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.3) Fresher to 3 years of experience in the respective domain4) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
